Service Hourly Rates
The following are our current rates for our hourly services and the qualification to access these rates. This does not include any special rates such as promotional rates or rates available via our subscription services. Access to these special rates will be indicated in your Order Form or SOW when purchasing a service and will be applied when any accumulated service hours are billed.

Rate Per Hour
Standard (Non-Member) Rate
This is the standard rate that will be applied to all new clients who have not mapped us as their Zoho Consultant or do not have an active Digital Marketing Subscription.

Exclusive (Member) Rate
This rate is exclusively available to existing clients who have mapped us as their Zoho Consultant or have an active Digital Marketing Subscription. Must maintain consultant mapping or an active Monthly Subscription throughout the entirety of service for this rate to be applied.

Emergency/After Hours Rate
This rate applies to urgent requests requiring immediate attention outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Emergency services are prioritized and billed at a premium rate due to the expedited response and resource allocation required.

Retainer Packages
Discounted service packages available to clients who commit to ongoing support. Retainers range from 10 hours (1-month term) to 400 hours (6-month term) and offer reduced rates compared to ad-hoc services. Unused hours may roll over upon renewal based on the selected retainer tier. Retainer packages are designed to provide cost savings, continuity, and priority support for long-term system success.
