Gerardo founded Breakthrough Advancement in 2020 after a decade of watching mid-market companies pay enterprise prices for software they couldn't actually use. A graduate of the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, he built the company around one stubborn idea: implementation should leave clients feeling lighter, not heavier.
Gerardo brings 10+ years of Zoho experience to every engagement, and Breakthrough Advancement has been a Zoho Authorized Partner since 2020. Together, the team has led implementations across SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, and more — always with the same approach: lead with the outcome, build the system that supports it, get out of the way.
